Glenn Holley brings a personal narrative and cultural impact to the Rhythm Rebels with a voice that blends musicality with a call for peace.
Glenn comes from a musical family. His father, a jazz guitarist, inspired all his sons to be musically inclined. Family jam sessions turned into rehearsals; and that led to providing music small birthday party's church services and events. Glenn has been on a mic since the age of 9. "I am a big fan of big drums and harmony....I like to create inspiring sounds and provide something emotional or educational on everything...it's just who I am". After witnessing the death of a neighborhood gang member at age 6 and the murder of 2 of his cousins, Glenn grew a strong resistance to gangs and violence. With Influences like Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Ice Cube, Black Eyed Peas, Usher, Lauryn Hill, Justin Timberlake and OutKast, Glenn uses music to deliver his own story in hopes to bring more peace to the culture.
