Leah Hope’s musical journey spans loss, self-taught musicianship, and a powerful ministry that fuels her vibrant stage presence.
Singer-songwriter Leah Hope was put in front of a karaoke machine at an early age by her mother, encouraged and inspired to "sing out, project, let your voice be heard!"
Her father had a riveting and extensive record collection which would greatly influence Leah's interest in multiple musical genres.
Even though childhood proved extremely challenging - including the passing of her older sister - music became a balm and a way of expression for Leah. In school, she participated in band and choir, taught herself piano and honed her skills on guitar while attending a year of study at the School of Worship in Costa Mesa.
Over the last two decades, Leah's faith and desire has led her to focus on worship ministry as a vocalist and guitarist. Many solo guest opportunities have allowed her to bring songs of praise to numerous private events, weddings, memorials and churches and she considers her ability to bring comfort through her music as one of her greatest honors.
Participating as a featured vocalist with Rhythm Rebels has added an exciting and fun dimension to her scope of musical experiences. She looks forward to what's ahead as she brings her own brand of joy and hope to people through her music.
